Location where I needed to be

Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Austin--has everything, though I was there to support family, this trip.
The hotel staff (all nice young people) were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Morning coffee was very good. "Free breakfast" was a bit of an exaggeration, sometimes consisting of granola bars and/or instant oatmeal.

Horrible experience couldn’t stay there I tried calling hotel several times to inform them of a late check in and they don’t answer their phone

Very secluded and private area but it reeked of cigarettes and the rooms weren't clean very well, still had trash under the beds. It was decent for the time being, and the urgency but if I had the option of staying elsewhere, I would've.

Staff was rarely at the desk. Hallways smelled like smoke even in non smoking areas. Hotel also has one exit that forces you to go down the feeder road.

Less than advertised

Pros: convenient to expressway, plenty of space in room, good a/c
Cons: either provide the breakfast or take it off your ad listing
Location: right off I-35 South, across the street from lots of shopping and food options
I was just looking for basic accommodations for a couple of nights -- but this did not meet expectations from the listing. There was no free breakfast, no "view", limp flat pillows, and the last guest's food in the fridge. I never saw staff at the front desk after I checked in.

Extended Stay-A-way

This place should be called Extended Stay-away No upkeep. A.C. smells like mold. Dirty carpets. Broken microwave. Fridge with no light. Blown light bulbs. I asked for another room and was told that they are none available. Place needs owners that actually care about the property. Please please please don't waste your money and stay away....

people working there was very nice and helpful. Bed was not the best and the pillow was terrible. Breakfast could be improved. Room need some improvements.

Horrible

Location: right on the interstate
When we got there room we booked (smoking) was not available, front desk clerk was very rude. She then put us in a different room, when we got to the room somebody was already sleeping in the bed. We went back down to the front desk, clerk still very rude gave us another room. We went back upstairs to that room it was not clean empty beer cans in the cabinet, open coke bottle in the fridge, long black hair all over bathroom and bedroom, TV was fuzzy, and sink was dirty. Breakfast was coffee, which was empty, and canola bar No desire to ever stay in one of these hotels again, they wouldn't even give us a refund.

Room change with our notice

Me and a friend booked this hotel to work the acl, so I called ahead of time to let the hotel know about our late check in and I spoke with Matt @ the front desk very rude I tell you I asked if he could note that we would have a late check in he told me that it would be an additional $25 in cash for early check in to make a long story short this was a horrible place to stay customer service is very poor everyone that works here blames the next person for what their poor customer service the manager act just like her crew hotel doesn’t look nothing like the pictures and the hot breakfast consist of old coffee and natures own bars the only thing I could say was house keeping was on point .
