The breakfast options were very limited. The room didn’t have a microwave and the room door was hard to close. Only one elevator was working so the wait time was long at times. The positive is that the staff was nice and ready to assist.

It definitely was not what expected. The room was clean but the elevator and halls are super creepy. It needs a good upgrade for sure. The staff were friendly and the breakfast bar was decent.

Worst experience! Elevators not working at our 5th floor and had to keep going to 4th floor to use it. Room was very smelly, so much so we couldn’t sleep at night. No shower gel in the bathroom. When requested the shower gel, was asked to come down and get it as there was no one in house keeping. Elevators and room hallway was also very smelly. Hotel property looked old and smelled a lot. I would never stay or recommend anyone to stay there.

Hotel is old and dated, nothing is in good condition. Rooms old, light bulbs burnt, no soap in shower dispensers. 2 elevators in property, one did not work at all, the second was out of order 3 times in 2 days!! The only elevator that work occasionally you share with hotel staff for cleaning

Weeds fill the front arrival area. The pool is out of service as well as one of 2 elevators. The property is worn and generally dark. The pics online must be 10 years old. Check-in went quickly but the clerk omitted details. Staff that spoke to me were friendly. The hotel needs to be freshened-up

Wouldn’t stay here again. No shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel in the bathroom. The lotion looked used and the floor was also dirty. They barely had any breakfast items. The staff was nice though.

First off, this hotel is a budget hotel. I knew It wasn’t going to be super nice. The lobby when you walk in is fine, pretty standard. It’s when you get to the 1 janky elevator that you realize that’s it’s in rough shape. It’s dirty, smelly, scratching all over the metal, clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time. When you get off into the hallways they have a bad odor and humid. The room itself was pretty good overall. Was able to stay cool in the texas heat. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable in my opinion. There was paint chipping, soaps in the shower completely fell of the wall and was sitting on the floor of the shower, curtains were dirty. This hotel is need of a desperate update! But, it is in a little sketchy part of town, homeless people everywhere and wouldn’t feel safe going out around the property at night, so it probably won’t get one. Overall, my stay was ok. It worked for somewhere to sleep while I was in the area for work, but wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is outdated. I guess ok for what we paid for 2-night stay. Rooms were cleaned and breakfast was ok, not too many choices. When we arrived waited a good 15mins for front desk to show up. There was no one to be found and many guest waiting to check in. They couldn’t find our reservation and then they were not sure what to do or how to handle it. Finally gave us a room.
