"I was told i could check in when im 18 but i got their and they would not let me after already paying the price for it. Rip off. Very disrespectful."

"The room was dirty. Holes in the doors and walls. Missing trim pieces on the floor. Missing the chair that goes to the desk. The bed was like three feet high and was not able to get on the bed. No lights in the bedroom. Overall room was dirty. The furniture looked like it had not been clean or dusted for quite some time. We have stayed in this hotel.Many times and this was the worst it has ever been. And I will be notifying corporate office. "

"Check in went fine after moving around construction. Slow elevator. Upon entering the room we could smell strong air freshener. We both started coughing throughout the night. The air conditioner worked great. Bathroom had not been mopped there was powder all over. By morning I had a sore throat from coughing. Breakfast was good enough but no meat whatsoever. Pool? Forget it...not working. I'll stay somewhere else next time."

"The staff are extremely friwndly and the resort is very clean. The room was spacious, but our bed was a little hard. We were still able to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and casino. I will be back soon."

"We booked here bc the pictures show a hot tub , there is no hot tub. It’s been bricked in. The pictures do not represent the property. There were people swimming and running in the halls that were not staying there. I walked out side and they were running to their car in their swimsuits and running back in with pajamas on and waiting for guests to open the side door with their keys so they could enter the property. It appears the staff didn’t care. They were eating outside by their car and going inside to use the pool and bathrooms. I asked the girl if she was staying there when she expected me to open the side door for her , she admitted no. I explained she needed to go in the main entrance and she went back to the vehicle. 5 minutes later she was playing in the hall again. "

"When they say you get what you paid for that is a true statement when booking at this property. Friday there is no one at the desk but a guy on a robot to check you in. Once I got checked in the light did not work, holes in the wall, sheets were stained with god know what, holes in the sheets and worst of all a bedbug was found in the bed. All the property offer was a new room and my deposit. I was there for 5 minutes and left to a different hotel. Run far away from this place as fast as you can. Do not even take a look at this place. I would not have my worst enemy stay here that’s how horrible it was. "

"Staff are super nice, helpful, and friendly! Breakfast was always great, good selection to choose from. Its clean and quiet, a perfect home away from home couldn't be happer!"
