“Very helpful staff. The weather was unseasonably cold and they delivered an extra heater to us within half an hour. Apartment was clean and well kept.Great overall experience.”

The location in the iconic Carlyle Hotel put us in the heart of South Beach and the apartment itself was well stocked, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering its Ocean Boulevard address. The municipal parking lot directly across the street was super convenient. Fran provided detailed instructions for access to the apartment as well as a useful guide to nearby attractions. “Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The room was disappointing—the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sofa bed’s mattress was even worse: hard and old. I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet.
