“Excellent time there, staff was very nice and also patient. The room was clean and I had a good view of the ocean from my balcony. The pool was nice; the beach was great. I only wish maybe some more food options. I definitely recommend staying here!”

“Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. “It was a side view of city and beach, great but couldn't see directly in front of hotel. balconies are side by side but no one beside us was on theirs. Construction next door bothersome in daytime. When the building goes up I'm afraid the view will be blocked. Host stayed in contact, safe for families. ”

“Sunny isles est un endroit parfait, le condo semblait bien au départ, mais rapidement nous avons réaliser qu'il manquait beaucoup d'équipements de base, 1 seul couteau, 2 rouleau de papier toilette, rien pour faire la vaisselles ou ramasser les dégâts. Le condo en tant que tel est bien ok, 2 chambre assez grand assez tranquille, douche neuve et électro très récent. ce qui nous a le plus déçu c'est de voir le peu de commentaire pour cette annonce et réaliser que même si nous avions fait un……
