“Exceptional location in Avila Beach with easy access to Alapay tasting room, Peloton tasting room and Avila Wine and Roasting tastings. The property itself is very hospitable with a common room set up to accommodate morning croissants and coffee, afternoon chips and salsa, a wine-centered happy hour in the late afternoon and pie and/or cookies at 8pm. It is much more geared towards older adults and we very much appreciated that maturity, quiet, and slower-paced energy.”

“This was an amazing stay! John was a great host and was so helpful with recommendations for the area. The treehouse was super cute and relaxing. Perfect little place to relax and enjoy the views and bird sounds. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. ”
