"Beautiful stay with direct access to the beach. Located far enough from the hustle and bustle, but not too far from the hot spots and attractions. Our whole family enjoyed themselves. We'll be coming back and staying again!!!"

"Very clean, they have lots of ammenities to use: seasonal pool, shnampoo, sewing kit, toothbrush, deodorant, beach equipment, baby stiff, toys, games, movies. It is beautifully decorated, and they thought of almost anything you could need! Also very quick walk to the beach!"

"It was perfect for what we needed! Bed was comfortable and plenty of room in bedroom for suitcase etc. We didn't use the kitchen, but anything we could have needed was there. Most importantly- it was clean! "

"Our stay was perfect! Communication was beyond expectations before arrival and during stay. We enjoyed a very clean property upon arrival. We enjoyed fishing the Rodanthe pier, relaxing on the beach and amazing food at Great Winds Restaurant . We give this property two thumbs up!"

"I must say we had a couple of hiccups at the start of our vacation but Tamara was quickly on it and got things fixed right away. She cares about her renters and wants them to be completely happy. She has great communication. The condo was perfect location. Just a short walk over the dune to the beach. Perfect size for our family of four. Good food close by. Go visit the Market deli they have really good sandwiches and coffee and beads has been a long standing favorite. Tamara has really thought...

"This was just a great place to stay! Very convenient (and walkable) to lots of places to eat. Rooms were clean and simple and perfect. The whole property was clean and well kept. The staff we met, Billy and Braedon, were very friendly and helpful and provided us with loads of information—guiding us to come back!! The other staff in the office were super friendly and helpful too. We are so glad life afforded us to come to Avon and stay at the Avon Motel!! "
