"The hotel is a nice building with lovely amenities in one of the worst areas of Ottawa (across from the shelter, and within the city services cluster.) The location is in one of the most traffic congested areas in Ottawa with only one way surround the hotel. Nice spot inside, but not for $260 a night. "

"Although we didnt bring our kids, it was nice to see the pool have toys and such for them. We are also hoping the glass is one way glass as there was a wedding going on while we were in the pool lol. Rooms were great. Parking is nice but pricey. Really wish there was a normal continental breakfast within the hotel as breakfast was incredibly expensive for stuff that is at every other hotel. 80 bucks for yogurt and cereal? No thanks"

"The front desk was friendly and accomodating throughout my stay. Naveen at the front went above and beyond giving me directions on the train and bus to take back to the airport. The location allows for close proximity to landmarks, restaurants, etc. The view on the north side on the 20plus floors are beautiful. The staff that assisted with the Community Based Senior Serving Sector Summit were exceptional. Well worth the investment of staying. "

"Staff and room are great! Clean and very welcoming. Breakfast was okay, eggs were cold, directions are needed for the waffle maker and tv. Laundry only has one machine.
