Building reeked of marajuana. Staff stated there was nothing they could do about guests smoking in hotel. Dirty washcloths from previous guests were left in shower. Minimal toiletries in room upon arrival. Did not respect do not disturb request. I have stayed here many times over the years and will never stay here again.

We had to check in early - check in is at 4 and we had to be somewhere at 5. They were able to accommodate that but it costs us $40 cash or $60 card to check in 2 hours early. The carpet in the room was wet. We had to wear shoes and then our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. The sheet had a stain on it and we also found hair in the bed. We had to sleep on top of the flat sheet because we didn’t want to touch the fitted sheet. Yes, we could have asked for a different room but I didn’t have faith that any other room would be better. The entire floor (we were on the second) smelled like smoke. Furniture was very beat up. The lady at the front desk was also unfriendly. In better news, the breakfast that is included was decent.

A terrible experience - all around. The hotel is old, outdated and appears to be in need of financing - would never recommend to anyone. From being given a reused and recycled key card holder, to sleeping on old, dingy white sheets...the list goes on and on. I can say that I had a decent night's sleep - hence the one star.

We\nGot in late hour, bed had crumbs in it.And other people's hair when we asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning.They said they would steam clean it thoroughly.The room was made up with candy wrappers still left on the floor we had 3 people on our reservation, and they reset up the room for 2 people. The sofa bed that we used for our third person was not in good condition, when we asked for a blanket and sheets for it, they were only able to give us a sheets and said they ran out of blankets and the pillows were Brown and dingy. The bathroom was very old, although it did work to hold most of my accessories, it needed a lot of help to look clean and spruced up. The ice pocket in armor room had Brown spots.All over it and the area where the ice machine was was disgusting.When I looked at the pool , it was green in color but also a little merky looking. The hot tub was blocked off.So you could not use it coffee and tea that was there in the evening.Shuts down, stay down at 10 o'clock.So by the time we got in our room and settled , I was unable to get a nice hot cup of tea.

Estaba limpio,cómodo, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal mantuvo todo surtido todo el tiempo. Lo único fue el check in, que la mujer del mostrador era demasiado lenta y tuve que hacer una fila casi de 35 minutos. Pero lo demás muy bien.

The room was not very clean, there were long pieces of hair all over the bathroom and in the shower, there were also tiny ants crawling in the bathroom on the floor counter and toilet. Over all our room did not see to have had a deep cleaning, more like a wipe down and go. I will not be staying here again.

Disappointing, and a bit creepy. The hot tub has been broken all year. The walls are thin, so guests can hear each other's conversations. There seem to be many long-term family tenants, judging by the many garbage bags in the hallways. Otherwise, a comfy place.

The customer service was fine. My complaint is I was given the room keys when I checked in. They were put in the paper sleeve used at hotels. After I got to my room and was giving the extra card to my aunt, I noticed the sleeve was used and there looked to be a blood stain on the back of it. Gross!! That colored my experience. I used the gym and it was fine. All of my interactions with staff were fine.

I am white, my adopted daughter is black. The front desk was terrible to my daughter when she was checking in and she came out to get me. All of a sudden they were super helpful. Clearly they have racial problems.

The rooms are not bad however we requested non smoking room but it still smells if someone was smoking. The smell is embedded in the carpet and the walls of the room. This is the second time I stayed at this location and I’ve experienced the same issue last time. Other than that I don’t have any complaints.

It looked nice, until I saw a small cockroache. When we left nobody was at checkout, we left the key card in the box as they asked us too. Parking was good, hot a little hot in the room, was not able to turn ac lower. The staff was neutral, nothing special there

Mold around bathtub, carpet dirty all over, Carpet in my room was wet, carpet outside of elevator was wet, jets in hot tub was not working, will not stay there again until improvements have been made. 4got to mention breakfast cooked food was terrible. Would like to request a refund if possible. Also last night about 5 police cars with sirens came to the hotel. I guess they were chasing somebody, we were not told anything.

First and foremost, there were no staff at the front desk to check me in upon arrival, I literally stood at the desk waiting and calling for help for at least ten minutes. The carpet on throughout the hotel was extremely dirty and needs to go. The linen that was used on the bed looks dirty, no amount of washing is going to make them white again. There was mold on the bedroom ceiling. There was so much going on that needs addressing but I am going to stop here.

What I didn’t like was that the doors could off been wiped down and towels could have use some bleach, they where very stained. I did not use them,I used them around the bathtub because the shower head sprayed all over, felt like I could not get water to rinse off. The only thing I liked was that there was no carpet on the floor only underneath the bed. Hotel could use some upgrades included new mattresses.

Upon arrival, the manager asked an excessive number of questions, which made the check-in process uncomfortable. The pool is only open Tuesday through Sunday, which was not disclosed beforehand. The complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were watery, and the breakfast ham had a terrible odor. We also learned that the hotel no longer offers complimentary cookies, as staff explained they stopped providing them after COVID. The hot tub was another disappointment. The jets did not work, and after several attempts to report the issue, the maintenance employee acknowledged that they were already aware of the problem. The hotel's cleanliness was also concerning. The towels appeared dirty and stained, giving the impression they had not been properly cleaned. Finally, the guest rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. Overall, our stay did not meet expectations due to the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, disappointing amenities, and the condition of the facilities. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Pictures of the hotel are very misleading. It was too expensive for the lack of quality. There were dark and sticky stains on everything: the carpet, shower, sheets, curtains, desk, door, etc. There was also a huge cloud of cigarette smoke that immediately smacked me in the face the minute I opened the door to my room. I do not even want to further describe the sheets. The cleanliness was so bad that I only stayed one night and immediately booked a hotel elsewhere. I do not recommend this establishment.
