"The only good thing regarding our stay was security walked us from the parking lot to the hotel’s doors. They gave us a handicapped room ( in which I did not reserve or asked for). The pool was supposedly closed off because the pumps were messed up. The middle elevator got stuck on the 7th floor. No parking space….This was the worse Hilton hotel that I’ve EVER stayed in…. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again."

"I needed an ADA room because I am in a full leg cast. The room I paid for was ADA, but when I got to the room, the window did not have blinds or curtains, was street level and literally right next to the front entry. People could stand and easily look in the window. I expressed to the front desk that this was creepy and seemed unsafe (and bright, the parking lot lights!) so she moved me. The new room didn't have a shower so I was unable to safely get in it. The "breakfast" was tea, coffee or a packaged honey bun. Not even a random piece of fruit."

"You have to stay here!! The care for details is perfect. The back garden is beautiful, the perfect place to sit and enjoy a break. Each room has been designed uniquely, and the small touches of hospitality are amazing. All staff welcoming and grow the spirit of your stay. Incomparably more enjoyable than a generic chain, absolutely stay here!"

"Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. "

"I haven’t slept in a bed that still had springs in the mattress in 20 years & I’m one who rarely complain other than the smell from downstairs, the price & the traffic on downtown I might book again if the beds was upgraded…"

"This was one of the nicest and most well thought out rentals that I have ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything, from stocking snacks and drinks, to having extra amenities and presetting the temperature for our arrival. We even had a hand written card welcoming us. We will 100% stay here again on our next trip to Jackson! "
