"Lo único que me gustaría sugerir es mejorar el check in. Más de una hora de espera. Fila interminable luego de un día tan largo. Madrugar para llegar, esperar hasta las 4 para en check in lo menos que uno espera es que esa habitación se la den a uno rápido. Y también uno teniendo taquillas para atracciones. Solo eso deben mejorar "

I have stayed in the past at your property due to work and from the first visit I fell in love with the spirit, statement and design of the Hotel. As a Graphic Designer it strikes the chords of my artistic side and I was able to see in my boyfriend's eyes awe at this other approach when it comes to Hotel Stay. "It was in a great location to shop and find restaurants, and walk to the theaters. The staff were all nice. The bathroom was very tight/a large person would have trouble using the toilet as it is VERY close to the small sink. (My daughter kept splashing water, which resulted in a wet toilet seat)"
