“HORRIBLE!!!!! RUN! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I checked in and the room was cockaroach infested!!! I opened the door and they were running around the floor and walls. It was filthy beyond dirty! I didn’t even stay more than 10 mins and requested a refund. They told me I needed to call Expedia who I booked through the to cancel. I called and they approved it but informed the hotel declined to give the refund! I never stayed in the rm or nor did my bags make it inside but these greedy managers decided……
