"This was a clean property with a perfect location - 30 minutes to Cornell campus, close to wonderful vineyards and breweries. Lots of things to do nearby. We enjoyed using the paddleboards and kayaks. Gorgeous sunset views...wish we had planned to stay longer. Perfect for our 3 generations. Neighbors friendly."

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Inside was very clean and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the stay, also. Our only issue was the amount of overgrowth on the steps and boat house down to the water. It made the stairs down dangerous and very tight. There was a great deal of poison growing in the brush too. It was disappointing because the posted pics made the area and the view from hot tub so open but was not the case. We still had a good stay but the stress of the growth and descent was there."

"This place was such a hidden gem. Property was huge prestine. Very well keep us. The cottage was beyond clean and huge. Very large 2 bedrooms. Loved the outside hot tub, picnic table and chairs were all very comfortable."

David & Holly had a happy birthday banner hanging in the main room and left a heart shape of rose petals on the master bed as an anniversary surprise! There was a loaf of fresh baked bread in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. Both were so delicious and we enjoyed them each morning for breakfast. There was a little hiccup with the hot tub being at temp upon arrival, and our hosts were gracious to provide...
