“The lobby was great, looked beautiful. Check it was easy. The room was okay. The bed though was disgusting. The sheets had stains and the comforters were torn and stained. Maybe old blood stains? Maybe old food or sweat stains? The bedding belonged in the trash. The pillows were small and super lumpy. There is no water pressure, brushing teeth was a pain and showering was horrible. Would I stay here again? Probably not.”

“Our room smelled like the swimming pool, but it was just outside the hall. Door had to be opened using a shoulder push, sticks bad. Breakfast was marginal at best.”

“The best thing about this room was the view. Other than that, I feel it was overpriced but there are not a ton of options in Grand Lake, so I went with this. Guy that checked us in was rude. The shower is so small in the cabin we had. It was literally broom closet sized. Other than that, it worked. Good location to park and downtown Grand Lake which has awesome food and other cool shops. Really short hike to Adam's Falls is very close by as well.”

“For the rate I paid for my stay, I was expecting something other than the austere room that I was given. There was absolutely no character, little charm and nothing special about it. I paid $200.00 for the room. I have stayed in other hotels for less than this and the rooms have been welcoming and even cozy. I typically don't stay at a Best Western so my experience may be normal--I don't know. I was left with a rather unsatisfactory feeling after my stay. I will probably not stay at a……
