“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……

“Clean, quiet, very nice staff. Overnight stay in our own area to a gas leak at the house. Last minute booking but no issues getting the room and the staff were more than understanding of the situation such as when I had to race home to see if we would need another night stay or if the league have been repaired. Don't generally stay in my own town but I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We stay in hotels quite a bit and it is one of the top 10% we've been in.”
