Proactive communicated would be appreciated; the alternative given was at least helpful. Outlets in the back room did not work and was never resolved. Suggestions: Supply coffee pods or let guests know they need to bring with them. More seating for those with 3-4 people. Directions for operating the TV remote. A few more towels. "
