“Location is great. Maintenance man, David Judge was outstanding, friendly and helpful! Building is on a very busy street corner so noise IS a problem. Bring ear plugs and eye covers as cheap blinds are useless! 2 blocks from Duval Street, so close to everything. ”

“Loved the location, the apartment was much bigger than we thought. Loved the music next door, sitting on the balcony. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Courtesy driver was on time and very helpful with luggage, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoyed talking with him during our drive to the airport. Would stay here again !!”

“Overall the stay was very good. Parking was a bit difficult for us as we needed a handicap spot and the two down the block were always taken by cars which were clearly not handicap (not an issue for you but just an issue. I would suggest maybe some dark curtains that can be pulled as the light from the street lights does light up the room quite a bit. The only real issue was the bugs (I believe there was a text saying they were termites). Maybe they need to be sprayed for weekly on the……

“The room was very clean, and the charm of this location was exceptional. We enjoyed the little outside patio for morning coffee, and it's convenient location, which is a couple blocks away from Duval Street, where all the exciting entertainment and restaurants are. It was also only a few blocks from a grocery store where we were able to pick up our food for the week. We were in a middle cottage, and at night we didn't here any noise at all from the couple on one side, and another couple on the……

“Very communicative, property was as pictured and bikes were perfect for getting around. We didn’t need a car but had no trouble parking right next to the front door. Sandy’s had the best coffee and food was delicious! Will definitely come again!”
