"The view of the bay was spectacular & paddle boards were fun. Things that weren’t great: The pool was very cloudy & not clean. Our shower barely had any pressure, the safe didn’t work and we didn’t have a luggage stand to place our luggage on. We really enjoyed our stay, but the little inconveniences just added up. The staff there is very nice."

"The building needs major repairs! The hallways on the first and second floors were hot. Housekeeping and others fanned themselves as they walked through. We were told the HVAC unit was “in need of repairs.” They remained the same temperature all five days. The elevators were down one day. People checking in had to carry luggage upstairs. The property is not properly secured as someone was able to pull the fire alarm at 5am and at 6am the same morning. Everyone rushed downstairs in case of a fire to be told that it was a false alarm. Unfortunately, no communication was sent out to tell guests that it was a false alarm. The ONLY two reasons I this property does not have a one star rating for the amount paid compared to the experience we received is that the room was clean and the front desk/ housekeeping staff were kind and professional."

"We enjoyed our stay here. We did the all-inclusive package which I would recommend. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff and location were amazing. The front desk manager Lydd is the best. She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar. If they had some daily activities that adults and children could enjoy it would be better than going to the Carribean."

"The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the views from the beach! Their beach was beautiful. There was also a nice hammock, several seating areas, and a nice dock. Also, there wasn't any sargassum seaweed at their beach. Very close to nice places to eat. The property is located on a one way street, so just need to keep that in mind when exiting the property. Would definitely recommend!"

"Nice resort off beaten path. There was a very loud Hispanic family that was screaming and yelling every night. I had to complain to the front desk who told me they’re paying to stay here too. I won’t return as the resort should have addressed the situation before I had to complain and I didn’t like that they told me they’re paying to stay too."
