“$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. “We only stayed for a couple days for a tournament my boys were in. We liked the location and there were mixed reviews so we thought we'd take a chance, since the other hotels we would've preferred were sold out.
