Great staff and facilities. We did have a hiccup with our room service we ordered (took much longer then they estimated, missed condiments with the food so the server had to make 2 separate trips up to the room by then my food was cold :(. Great time though!
Spent 2 nights, we booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. Each room was different.. We had a lot of room to entertain. The kitchen was well stocked. We hosted breakfast two mornings and our suite comfortably sat 6 people around the dining table. We felt like a home away from home (condo style). Liked that ...
Loved that this was within walking distance to both villages. Loved the pool, the laundry facilities, full kitchen. So so hot though. Air conditioner was not sufficient to cool the room.
Great spot during winter stays as it is a short walk to the base of blackhomb. The upper village base is really nice, but not super busy during the summer, Which made it really easy to get into restaurants. If you want tonpeople watch and be where there is a lot more action, the main village is only ...
The one bedroom unit is tidy, well equipped with dish washer and laundry sets (with detergent and TIDES provided). King size bed is comfy but not the Queen sofa. Everything is what you need to stay in Whistler. Only a bit discomfort is the heat system control - temperature is quite a difference between ...
Bed uncomfortable. Did not like the rugs in the room. Place smelt musty.
Room décor could use some updating and the appliances need replacing but it had everything we needed.
great family time. Lot of stairs so be careful about it after a long hike outdoor. Spacious and good facilities
Our condo was perfect for what we needed, great kitchen and very comfortable rooms. Bathroom was out dated fixtures wise but everything worked. Beautiful pool and we used it 3 times a day. Short walk to main village but totally worth it walking through the trees and over the creek. Very quiet location ...
Overall we had a positive experience. Location was perfect for what we needed (close to Ironman activities). Amenities were great including the pool and gym access. The unit was clean, had everything we were looking for in the fully stocked kitchen, as well as offered toiletries (shampoo and conditioner) ...
Nice place ... a little dated, but good location. Room was clean and ready for us by 2pm, and the front desk was helpful. Didn't love having to check in at Creekside, but not much we can do about that.
Secure parking garage. Ski storage room is secure, but bring your own rack lock. Elevator does not go to garage- same floor as lobby, but must bring everything in on carts through two unaligned doors. Due to " mezanine" floors your baggage cart may be unable to get to your room. Desk girls are excellent. ...
Farther from village. They charge extras for parking but they do have a free shuttle bus to the village. Pool was the best part open year round! Continental breakfast was ok but very busy. Hotel overall was nice but not as I expected from pictures.
