“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “Very few options go those that don’t eat meat. Oatmeal was thick and uninviting. They only put the coffee flavoring out after breakfast was over.. if you want to have some during breakfast you have to got to the front desk to ask.”

“Not sure why it got 8 plus star reviews but this place is noisy, AC doesn’t work and there a big street right out side the room window. Carpet stinks. This is just below 3 star hotel. Satyam Properties who manages this hotel should make some changes to improve the facilities.”
