“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“We enjoyed our stay at Tapatillo Springs Resort. We did have a few maintenance issues during our visit. The shower head initially had very little water pressure, but it was replaced quickly. Later, the shower began draining slowly, and maintenance came out and took care of the problem promptly. The Cascada Restaurant was excellent!
