“Room was very clean, I was surprised based on previous reviews I've read. Waterpark was great, however, the wave pool lifeguard was absolutely awful. She GRABBED my 4 year old because he was not within arm's reach of me- I was close, probably within 4-5 feet. Told her to calm down, she ran her mouth. Then I looked up while I was in the pool and she was running her mouth to other guests about me, THEN starts pointing at me and making hand signals at me. Absolutely awful. The manager I spoke with……
