“The staff were helpful and friendly. However, on our first night, the room had a musty odor and damp carpet (throughout the room). We were able to move to another room on our second night but this second room also had a musty odor and damp carpet throughout the room. We associated this problem with the air conditioning units which cooled the rooms but did not remove the humid air. We will not stay in this hotel again!”

“The hotel was great, great location. Our room was right on King St so just be mindful of the street noise. They do provide noise machines in the room in case you need it. We will stay here again.”

“The place was very clean with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, access to a large number of tv channels, and a nice living area. Not being particularly technologically savvy, it took some time to figure out the check in, especially since there is no check in staff. The tub sides were quite high and the shower lacked stabilizer bars, which made older folks like myself feel a bit unstable. The shower floor could get slick and result in a fall if not careful. Going up and down stairs was not bad;……

“I would have gladly given a five-star review, but unfortunately our experience fell short in a few areas. During our three-night stay, we did not receive any housekeeping service. At checkout, I mentioned this to the front desk attendant, who informed me that room cleaning is only provided upon request and apologized that this was not communicated to us at check-in. “This is a nice, fairly new hotel; large rooms and comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant one night and the food was excellent! The elevator was not operating for our 2 nights there, but that was not much of an imposition. Also, ice is available for your rooms, but only at the front desk. Very convenient to Main St.”
