“Accommodating staff. I was haunted by sinus congestion and needed to sleep sitting up. The night staff provided the extra sheet and comforter I needed.”

“The place was very clean with a full kitchen, comfortable bed, access to a large number of tv channels, and a nice living area. Not being particularly technologically savvy, it took some time to figure out the check in, especially since there is no check in staff. The tub sides were quite high and the shower lacked stabilizer bars, which made older folks like myself feel a bit unstable. The shower floor could get slick and result in a fall if not careful. Going up and down stairs was not bad;……

“Everything was clean and the staff were great. We did have an issue with the lock sticking on our door so we couldn't close the door. But otherwise everything was great. It's in a quieter location a little outside of Boone.”

“When we got to our room it was dirty not clean food still in the fridge from whoever stayed last. They did move us to another room. I’m sorry but i couldn’t stay there again.”
