“Clean room”

“We had an excellent stay at Southern Cross Ranch over the Fourth of July weekend. This environment is so peaceful, and we really appreciated the tranquil setting.”

“Black mold all over in bathroom. The room smelled bad. No A/C in hallways and floors creaked and felt like you were going to fall through.”

“Staff was very helpful, though we had to change rooms twice, due to damage issues and non working tv and other problems we were gone all day our 2nd day and our luggage was in the room and when we returned we had been checked and locked out , even though we had reservations, the night clerk from the night before was once again helpful in getting in our room, she was much more helpful than the franchisee, the breakfast was sparse at best, we were quite dissatisfied to say the least, Wyndham and……
