Dream catcher
2.5 star property
West Oakland
5.4 out of 10, (109 reviews)
"My room was great. Super cute and clean. No complaints there. The problem I do have is I was not provided with check-in instructions. It smelled of dog piss quite intensely upon walking up to the property. The real kicker for me was how dirty the shared bathroom was. Toilet was gross, dried urine on the floor, the tub fills with water when showering. Sink covered in little hairs, toilet seat was always left wide open, garbage not emptied once."

Frequently asked questions

What is the nightly rate for a Bed and Breakfast in Brisbane?
Prices for B&Bs in Brisbane often vary, but you can find a great deal from $73 with Expedia. All sorts of factors affect price, such as location and the time of year. It usually costs more to stay at Brisbane B&Bs over the weekend too. Travelers can find the best deals by being flexible with their dates, and by using our filters to sort prices from low to high.
When is the best time to book a B&B in Brisbane?
The best time to book a B&B in Brisbane is during the lively spring and early summer months, specifically from September to November. This period showcases the city at its finest, with pleasant temperatures ranging from the low 60s to mid-80s Fahrenheit, great for outdoor exploration and enjoying the vibrant local culture. As the city comes alive, visitors can soak in the stunning riverside views, lush parks, and bustling markets.

During this time, you'll find an array of outdoor activities, including scenic walks along the Brisbane River and visits to the South Bank Parklands, where you can relax by the lagoon or explore the local art installations. The pleasant weather also makes it an ideal season for sightseeing, whether you're interested in visiting the iconic Story Bridge or discovering the artistic vibe of Fortitude Valley.

For travelers looking to save, consider planning your visit in December, just before the holiday rush. This month offers a unique opportunity to experience Brisbane's festive spirit, with beautifully decorated streets and various holiday markets. Although it's the beginning of summer, early December can still provide great weather and fewer crowds, allowing for a more relaxed experience.
What is the difference between a Brisbane B&B and a hotel?
Every Brisbane B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it's a cozy reading space or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the quaint details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home. Travelers can look forward to personal touches, thoughtful amenities and of course a scrumptious breakfast at Brisbane B&Bs.
