“The hotel is located right next to Tower Hill, I have no complain on the location at all. I booked an executive suite with kitchen, the room was big and comfortable, we had 2 adults and 2 kids, the sofa bed was opened for us by the time we arrived. “The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds .
The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work.
The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”
