“Condo was very nice, loved the balcony with the fire table. Great location near Mines and downtown Golden. One word of warning - bring / buy toilet paper as only 2 rolls supplied for 3 night stay.”

“Beautifully updated unit with many convenient “smart features” - window shades, fireplace, and touchless bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located close to all the central Boulder action. Covered, reserved parking space was much appreciated. ”

We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect jump-off spot - super close to the venue (only took 15-20 min to get back to the condo after the show), but also close to great hiking and outdoor activities. The condo itself was perfect for us - very quiet, well kept, plenty of space for two, and very easy to get in/out of. Would definitely stay here again in the future!”

I appreciated the basics being included (TP, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, washer machine pods, even coffee!!!). Thank you for all that. In our travels those are often not included with VRBO type rentals. Beds were comfortable, and showers had great water pressure.We would definitely stay here again.”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……
