“Nice condo. Large open area. Slow elevator in the bldg. beds were hard! Shower nozzle in one bath did not have a hook. Very modern and well stocked. Close to clementine’s. Walk to town was close, but uphill! ”

“The location of the property was great, and we enjoyed the community pool. Due to a recent storm, Google maps was giving us trouble finding the location. One of the people we spoke to for assist us was less than friendly but the other was nice. The property was nice and well kept. We did find sand all over the floor of the bottom bedroom as well as in that bed when we got there, there were popcorn kernels scattered in the living room rug and some of the roof deck furniture was covered in……

“Beautiful property in the perfect location! My sister is getting married and we decided to do a “mini” bachelorette party/sister weekend away to enjoy the wineries & restaurants of New Buffalo. This rental exceeded our expectations! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Large bathrooms, great dining/living room space, clean and comfortable furniture…overall, an outstanding stay! We will definitely be saving this rental option for future bookings!”

“The listing shows two parking spots available but when we arrived a car was in the outside space. I reported it immediately but nothing was done. We were told to park on the other side of the fence. This meant we had to lug all our stuff around for our entire stay. My friend noticed that the sheet was put on upside down and when she removed the sheets at the end of the stay she found permanent stains that someone obviously was trying to cover. We did not have wash rags and towels were very thin.……

“We had a great stay at The Big Chill #6. The location of this condo can't be beat. Walkable to the Union Pier Social for dinner as we got in around 9pm local time. Walked to the Black Currant bakery, as well as the Gelato place. The little store next to the bakery had a few items we missed picking up at Barney's grocery in New Buffalo, so that was a plus. The bakery in the morning can have a line so (it moves quickly though) and the other bakry in Harbert (Luisa's) is another one we loved and is……

We wanted an elite condo style rental, great food options within a few miles and wine tasting to enjoy with people that have the same interest. “The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”
