Nice clean new building. Disappointed that there was no hot tub and the pool area was tiny.

This is LONG overdue and for that I apologize. My 12 year son and I were traveling from central Illinois up to Green Bay to take in a Packers game this past December, staying the night in Appleton. Gorgeous property. Friendly staff. Quiet except the upstairs neighbors had squeaky floor boards and were up walking around from 5-8 am and we couldn't sleep. Bar on main floor is beautiful but not open very long. The bartender Bill makes the best old fashioned. Clean. Very comfortable bed. Jetted tub was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

Here for wedding. Understand checking in before 3 sometimes can’t happen. So we asked if there’s was an iron or anything we could use Or laundry close , her answer was very rudely NO. Not pleasant at all. We had several rooms with us for this wedding on the 12th. We were pleased with room cleanliness, overall this is our mainly feature for a Hotel stay. The reason I gave 2 star for Staff is because even the room was paid at the time of online reservation, I received an invoice under my door, that another card that Holiday Inn kept on file, was charged for a higher amount for same room. The people where nice, great breakfast,clean room, the only down side is the pool was freezing cold so swimming really wasn't an option, they had a pool table but the pool sticks had Mold on them, the table was also uneven, and there wasn't any chalk. Overall our stay was great, I only wish we had been able to swim more.

Loved the hose for washing down bikes

Location was excellent - a little hard to get to off of the highway but not a big problem. Room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Very nice breakfast without plastic utensils!

Restaurant and bar are nice to have in the hotel. Clean and quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff is helpful and courteous. I often will need early check in’s when driving from city to city and over time you can tell when the customer service person is making a promise/commitment just to complete the transaction and they have no intention to follow through. This is one of the few hotels where the staff is genuine and they follow through on their commitments. The facility is clean but it could use a face lift.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Overall a very nice stay and I would recommend this motel to others.
