“Staff - especially Abigail was exceptional with her customer service.”

“The property overall was fairly good, needed some cosmetic work, molding coming off on the furniture in the bedroom. Other than that, the room was very nice. However, we stayed there because of the pool and hot tub and both were in inadequate shape. My adult children and their children tried to swim, but it was somewhat slimy and you could clearly see mold on both the hot tub and the pool. I did talk to the person behind the desk and they said they were having a part come in to fix the……

“Very bad experience! Hotel was not very clean looking. Carpet on hallway was wet & stinky. Breakfast tasted funny. No shampoo in room. Ice machine out of order. Could not get ice or watter. Pool was out of order. Old coffee was left in coffee machine. Internet service was very poor. Kept loseing signal. Jill the front lady was the only thing good about this hotel. She was very nice. Never Again!”

“The room was very nice and staff were wonderful. In all honesty I would not recommend staying there when it is really cold. the room was 42 when we arrived and She had to bring in 2 electric heaters to bring room temperature up to 68. But if you like historic like we do it's beautiful”

“The hotel was very clean, beds comfy, room was spacious.Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the highway noise and the light on the smoke detector flashing all night. Would stay again. ”

“Front desk staff is not very customer friendly, sloppily dressed. Rooms are out dated and in need of some updating. Dog friendly facility, however we went to the pool and left the dog in the room for maybe 45mins. Around 8pm and we received a call about the dog barking. Maybe you should not put families with dogs next to families without dogs. I didn’t call the front desk regarding screaming kids. Just a very disappointing stay in general. Breakfast wasn’t very good.. used to be the best……
