"we have stayed here many times when visiting family. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. However this trip the breakfast left a lot to be desired. the coffee machine and juice machines were broken and the carafes were not kept replenished. There was no meat for the hot portion of breakfast. The pastries and bagels were stale. If this is the breakfast they are going to continue to serve they should not serve any breakfast at all. This is not at all up to the standards of this hotel chain."
