“I booked only a week from my trip. This was the best deal and the reviews were right. It is a great option for those who want to travel into the city center. While there I used 3 different train lines, and one bus line. It's very easy to navigate. Eleanora is very helpful and gave up a map when we checked in. “Room was very nice and modern. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was excellent. It was safe and quiet. Although we didn't use, there was parking inside the property, a very nice feature! Only suggestions I have are minor things that make life easier - towel racks, any kind of shelf in the shower, some kitchen basics like plates and silverware and a microwave for those excellent Roman restaurant leftovers. ”

“入住這間酒店必須要有能通話的號碼，否則不能進入酒店（他們沒有大堂，大樓感覺是住宅）。因為Expedia跟酒店溝通的問題（他們沒有收到訂單）我們在外等了站一小時，強烈建議到達前先通知酒店。
酒店有提供水果跟飲料，非常貼心的服務。也有提供地圖及回酒店的巴士路線。
房間大但整潔有待改善。雖然房間很漂亮但衛生間好像沒有多清潔。可能因為他們不知道有客人沒有多打掃，入住時有看到蟲子跟蜘蛛，杯子也沒有清潔。
