“So much hair under the bathroom door it was disgusting to see. Never, have I ever, seen a room like that before. The stench of chemicals to hide something, mold or mildew, was unbearable. We physically could not stay in there. This place needs an overhaul, management and staff too. O stars”

“Room was nice clean Breakfast was the worse I ever had at any hotel that offered breakfast the only thing worth eating was waffles and I couldn’t eat them because of health issues the rest was water down oatmeal and water down grits No eggs no sausage”

“It was a nice room. It was clean which we appreciated. However, the door lock battery needed replaced while we were there and the dryer was not drying so when we called for service, they ended up removing it from the room. The service staff were pleasant but the reception desk staff were unfriendly and inconsiderate. As nice as it appeared to be online, we were disappointed.”

“The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The view was beautiful, and we enjoyed the overall location and amenities. However, there were several areas that could use improvement. The pool, lazy river, and hot tub were very dirty, with noticeable bugs and debris throughout. I did not see the pool area being cleaned or skimmed during our stay. Regular daily maintenance and skimming would have made a significant difference in the cleanliness and overall experience. The……

“The first floor had some issues (maybe flooding), our room seemed OK until the bugs came out (we killed 2 roaches or water bugs). The beds were TERRIBLE!! The base was much larger than the mattress, and we both bumped our shins on them, my mother requiring multiple bandages as a result. She had to ask for the last one from the front desk and told them why. Their response was “you’re not the first to complain about them, we have told Management and they don’t care”. That is absolutely horrible.……
