Only thing was no water upon arrival in the room to have complimentary or even to purchase There was a extra charge to bring the room service which was an oxymoron- the whole point of room service is to bring things to the room! Lol Everyone was lovely and helpful though and great property great beach snd pool area!”

“We booked on Expedia, and upon checkout had a bill of $62.50. This was for resort fees and self parking. The hotel was also older and could use some renovations.”

“Myrtle Beach North actually has the exact same address & we mistakenly went to the incorrect address. There should be a statement stating there can be confusion in MapQuesting the address & to be sure to focus on the correct zip code. When I called the front desk, they informed me that this was a frequent mistake by new visitors. I won't downgrade my review, however, because this was an excellent resort.”

“Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”
