“Best hostel I ever lived in. Clean, quite, nice staff. And in the city center. All was perfect.”

“Great location! The hotel is brand new and has spacious rooms with large windows. Staff are pleasant and helpful too. I wish the pool area was a bit cleaner but then again, we came at the beginning of spring. Beds were extremely hard and the perfume/scent in the hotel was overbearing and took a while to get used to. Otherwise, a lovely place! ”

“地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 ”

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mercer Residence Seville and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. We travelled with our 1-year-old baby, and the hotel made everything so easy for us. A high chair and cot were provided, which made a huge difference and showed real thoughtfulness . The staff were truly exceptional—always greeting us with a smile and consistently going above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and attentiveness really made our stay……

“Attention les portes des chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Vous entendrez facilement toutes les sorties et entrées des clients particulièrement ceux qui entrent saoul (alcool) tard dans la nuit 3 h et 4 h du matin. Votre nuit arrêtera là où la leur débutera. Les corridors résonnent et les portes claquent et non insonorisées. ”
