"My bed had so much hair on it and in the covers, all different lengths and types. I got in late and they didn’t have any other vacancy, so I just dealt with it. The room itself was very clean though and waking up to the mountains was a great joy! The hairy bed though was pretty off putting"

"Lovely stay in Banff! The hot tub was incredible, the cave was very unique and the lights at night were the best part. We stayed in a superior room with balcony that overlooked Tunnel Mountain! Also great to be on top of Chilis. One of the best stays we’ve had in awhile! Plus free bus passes made getting to the attractions very easy. "

"The hot tub is away a great. But the shower wasn’t working and the floor of the jacuzzi had sand on it ! And in the summer I would appreciate if the we have one of the hot tube colder then we can enjoy more. Hotel , service, cleaning in general was great! Coffee machine in the room wasn’t working."

"Restaurant on site is amazing. All the staff I encountered were great and accommodating. Amenities were kind of on the meh side as I went to go use the gym and a couple of the machines would not power on also, the indoor hot tub was not working in the indoor pool. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again, this is my second visit to the location. Thanks for everything!"

"Clean room, parking can be hit or miss as it’s first come first serve. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you may need, the bathroom had many towels and was very clean. Beds were clean & comfy."
