Spent 6 nights at Sens for a wedding. This is a very kid friendly resort. The pool and beach area are beautiful but the rooms are very old and the bathroom plumbing is horrible. The wedding suite windows leaked water all over the floor even though they were closed tight. The buffets were less than average but the restaurants were fairly good. The staff was very friendly and professional. Ive been to other all inclusives and would probaly not come back to Sens.

This place did not suit my tastes or needs. It has a very messy structure, with very little comfortable spaces to rest and it felt very crowded. Food was unremarkable and most of the staff was unhelpful and did not know their way around.

I would have given them 5 stars but the fact your in a beach resort and aren’t allowed to be in dinning areas wet or beach casual during the day is an issue.

Rooms are pretty bad , pillows smell dirty , foul smell coming from bathroom drain . Restaurants are mediocre. One of the bars was cool . Adult pools are only available upon reservations. A lot I mean a lot of kids everywhere

They need to be more organized in the access to the restaurants they are very polite when you arrive but when you are offered there membership and you say no everything changes to rudeness that was my experience with this place honestly I wouldn’t go back to this place!!!!!

It was my first and last time here. I got a single bedroom instead of a double without any notification from the hotel. They gave me a very bad room which has a clogged bathtub and a disgusting smell. When I asked why, they said because I booked with Expedia. I was so surprised and wondered what was wrong. Their meaning could be Expedia customers would be treated like this? ??? Moreover, I am traveling with a baby and most of their restaurants are "Adult Only" and very hard to make reservations. They will see how you dress to serve you. The buffet is the only restaurant I can visit the most. Their food tasted cheap and had bad quality. I could only get some fruit and vegetables for my entire stay. They don't offer transportation. Everyone is better to get themselves a rental car or go by taxi. Overall, bad experiences and frustrated ruin my family trip
