The management of this property is horrendous. Never answer the phone or any request made. I wasn’t able to travel because the COVID travel ban and the hotel refuse to change my dates or to reimburse me the amount already paid even though I was told I could do so. And I have to mention that Expedia was very incompetent about the issue also. They never had the intention of help me in any way shape or form. Will never book with this hotel or with Expedia again. Go the hell oasis palm and Expedia.
