We had a lovely time at Iberio star hotel the hotel is clean. The staff always ask you if you want something. They are very nice and they’re taking care of people. Our children had a wonderful time as well. The beach, the food, the environment. Everything felt absolutely magical and we will definitely book with that hotel again again.

Property it’s located in a very convenient location staff very helpful everything looks clean the only thing it’s the rooms are not the newest you can see some rust in the bathroom and sliding doors are not easy to operate other than that everything looks great

This was the second time we had stayed at this resort. I personally like Iberostar. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend La Horma restaurant. Definitely a great place to go for a quick stay in Cancun.

I love the fact that everyone is helpful and not pushy about becoming a member and harassing with the free breakfast like other resorts. Food is delicious and love that it has lots of authentic Mexican food.

The food was amazing, the hotel was beautiful, the downside was that the beach was covered with sargassum and the hotel personnel only cleaned one side of the property, so it was super difficult to be on the beach, because you have to jump over all the sargassum. I know it’s not their fault that the beach was covered with that, but I am confident that if they cleaned the beach area I would have a better experience, because everything else was very good.

Amazing stay at Iberostar! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and well organized. A very special thank you to Norma from Guest Service - she was incredibly kind and helpful, she helped me with everything I needed and was always there with a smile. Thank you also to the housekeeping lady for keeping my room spotless every day. And the food was absolutely delicious, so much variety! Thank you for making my holiday so nice. I will definitely return!
