"It had a microwave snd fridge. People were smoking in front the entrance, I did not like that. The downstairs bathroom was not as clean.😒 Breakfast was good / the yogurt, fruits were not fresh though…"

"Very old hotel and it shows. Queen bed felt more like a full size and was very uncomfortable. No special amenities in the room. They made me pay $20 for an amenity fee but I was not even given water bottles. The walls are incredibly thin - heard our neighbor having a loud party at 2am. The water and ice dispenser did not work on our floor. I had to go to 2 different floors to get ice and no water. Overall, I would warm others not to book this hotel if you want a comfortable stay. For $325 a night, I was disappointed."

"The continental breakfast has a variety but most of it is bland. We were placed on the top floor and it was extremely hot because our AC didn’t work and our room smelled like mildew. We let them know our AC didn’t work and all they did was offer a fan. It wasn’t until we directly requested a room switch that we were able to change rooms at midnight on the second night. The staff didn’t offer to help us move bags or make it feasible to relocate. That room was fine and gave us no problems. The manager reimbursed us for one of our night stays."

"I really like the way the rooms were set up. The breakfast attendees were very nice. The ladies at the front desk were not very helpful or friendly. The valet attendant was also very nice"

"We first booked Harrahs thinking it was comparable to Caesars tower it was NOT!! When we first got there we checked in and while in the lobby saw several sketchy people on drugs and looked homeless. Once we were assigned our rooms we went upstairs to find what looked to be a murder seen when we walked in. There was blood splattered throughout the whole room and it smelled like there was a dead body inside. We went down to the lobby and told them what we walked into and they were not even surprised in fact before we could even tell her the room number she said I already know which one you are talking about. The one employee asked the other one that checked us in why he would have put us in that room."
