And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! "One of the most comfortable overnights in a hotel. Spacious rooms, VERY comfortable beds, blankets, pillows. A small sitting room weigh sofa and TWO chairs. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. The way the food was labeled and displayed made it so appealing. "

"My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. Every other aspect of my stay was extremely positive, and hte young lady who on staff at checkout was friendly, professional and did an excellent job."

" Breakfast was fantastic. The Christmas decorations was beautiful. The pool was refreshing and clean. The hot tub could have a little cleaning but being open til midnight, really put a smile on my face."
