“Very cool place to stay. Huge room, plenty of space, and actual, comfortable furniture so we didn't have to debate "who gets to sit in the one desk chair in the room" which is often the case with hotel rooms. Huge windows, plenty of natural lighting, and so many beautiful antiques throughout the hotel to admire. The helpful, friendly staff just made it even better.”

“Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. The continental breakfast was non existent. Try to talk to the desk assistant……

“I liked that there was a restaurant on site. I didnt like that the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not . I even called the day before arrival to see if it was going to be up and running.”

“Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. ”

“The staff were always cheerful and obliging. And once the latest version of the next door restaurant is open, I’m sure the breakfast will be better overall. Trying to eat if there are a lot of people in the pool (this happened on one day), is unpleasant. Also, it’s unfortunate that room housekeeping service is no longer daily. I believe some other hotels have also switched to non-daily room service. But it means having to ask for supplies at the front desk, trash cans overflowing (where do……
