“This is my favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids when i visit..close to all my favorites such as Stellas, Pyramid Scheme amd Maxs. The breakfast in the morning is always AMAZING and filling. Would recommend staying here”

“Spacious rooms, great stay. The rooms were clean and fresh and the lobby was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great, though the hot tub chemicals must have been off a bit because my husband left with a chemical rash after a few sessions in the hot tub. We were a smidge disappointed with the TV-viewing experience. It kept getting pixelated, like the early '00s digital TV, which was disappointing while watching March Madness. There were a few missed plays and calls that didn't make sense……

“The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. ”

“The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather……

“I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when……
