“Our family of 5 loved the 1 Bedroom suite with a kitchenette. It was very roomy, with a separate bedroom and TV apart from the pull-out couch in the living room. The hotel had good breakfast options for picky kids. They loved the pool too. The location is great, but you will likely need to park in one of the parking garages across the street. It’s within walking distance to great food or shops. Would stay again :)”

“Our room was great and would definitely stay here again. Only very minor complaints. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and liked the Nespresso machine to make coffee in the morning. Personal touches were nice. Downtown area was very pleasant and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Parking is very expensive, although that seems common in the area. The furniture cushions in the lobby, opposite check-in desk, were were stained and frayed. Didn't really explore much of the other……

“This is a great hotel with a wonderfully river view if you book that side. The evening reception was a nice touch and breakfast was great including a made to order omelette bar. Parking is a bit expensive but it could be worse. ”

“The photos really didn't do this hotel justice - it's very attractive and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, the room was well-decorated and spacious, and the communal spaces were very nice. We were able to park right out front on the street and walk to many dinner and entertainment options. Be aware that not all rooms have windows, so if that's important to you, be sure to verify before reserving your room. We absolutely loved this hotel and will be back!”

“We were completely blown away by this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool area was warm and well taken care of (the kids had a blast!), we didn’t even know about the arcade so that was an amazing surprise, breakfast was delicious with so many choices! We would highly recommend this hotel!”

“The showers in the locker room did not work. The pool had fans randomly sitting around the pool deck. The hallways and stairwells were well worn and in need of paint. No restaurant on property or continental breakfast. ”

“The heater in one room had a gross smell and hadn’t been cleaned out in a very long time. Staff at the desk was rude and they made me get another room just because my niece and nephews had a few friends visiting. No one was allowed to use the pool if they weren’t guests and no one was allowed to visit unless it was under 2 hrs total. We canceled our reservation for the second night and found a more accommodating hotel to stay at. We will not be returning to a quality inn period. I would rather……
