“Breakfast very good, hot tub great, room excellent. Shower has attached to wall shampoo conditioner and body wash, very convenient. Microwave fridge and lots of drawers for clothes. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Stayed two nights. Room was very clean….nice shower. Breakfast was a continental+ ….. waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit and juices, toast and bagels, cereal, etc. 24 hr coffee available. Lots of restaurants around, a Meijer and Target if you need anything. Inside pool and exercise room. Would stay here again…”

“Excellent location in downtown Grand Rapids. We enjoyed taking with the staff and had wonderful cocktails and conversation at their bar served by Marcus, the host bartender. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed and highly recommend.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. This place looked very new, clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was fully equipped with pans/pots and dishes. Also, super close to all the stores and only 20 min to Oval beach. Highly recommend for anyone who comes with family or couples!!”

“The hotel needs more round the clock cleaning crew for such a busy hotel. Hallway garbage was overflowing. Our bathtub was clogged and hardly drained. There was volleyball court no ball, ping pong no balls. Later in the day no pool towels and no hotel staff to wash them as cleaning department only open during the day. Nice restaurant but overall not worth what I paid.”

“We were really happy that we chose this hotel for a short stay in Grand Rapids. It was really nice to have the extra space with a living room/kitchen instead of just in a hotel room. The breakfast had some good choices. We went for dinner at a wonderful seafood restaurant that was just a block from the hotel.”
