“The room and the property were very clean and well maintained. All dealing with check in had to be done with someone through a tiny window from outside the office on the sidewalk. The person in the office didn't seem very happy to be taking care of checking us in. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. The biggest obstacle was the stairway going to our second floor room was awful. They were spaced very far apart and the first step is a doozy to to even get up on. Too high to get up on. You……
