“Clean rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast included, central to most everything in Gettysburg.”

“Room was clean but needed house keeping. We were there for a week with no house keeping on a daily basis. Washer and dryer on location didn’t work so we had to go find a laundry Matt. Staff was professional and helpful. Very quick and wasy trip to the battlefield. Close to the only grocery store.”

“Location was great. Bad was got there could not get to my room power was out and they could not sign me in even though I booked room a week ahead of time so had to stand around wet from rain storm for two hours till power came back on.”

“Our stay at the hotel turned out to be more than what we had expected. The room and the ground were clean. Location is close to several restaurants. . The breakfast was quite adequate and even there was an espresso machine for a great coffee in the morning. This will be the place we will stay the next time we are in Gettysburg. And we intend to come back to cover the parts we missed at the National Park. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel for running a great operation.”

“Very clean, nice and spacious room - great bathtub. And conveniently located, not in the high traffic, high action area downtown .”

“I was there 5 days and they never cleaned the room. They never made the bed! While the room appeared clean when I checked in I later found that the floor was quite dirty because the bottom of my white socks weren't white anymore. They knocked on my door a couple mornings and asked if I needed anything. I asked them to empty the garbage can and give me a towel. Its in a convenient spot just a mile or so from town. There's several fast food places, Walmart, Dairy Queen, etc very close by. ……

“The motel is convenient to sites in Gettysburg. It is one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed at. Here’s a list Very dirty. Wet towels from previous customers. Replaced pleasantly by manager w clean but ragged towels Rest of bathroom filthy w dirt and dust in corners. Piles of dirt visible behind furniture. Bedbug plastic around the mattress shredded though no bugs seen Switch plate covers missing, just open socket Plug around sink only accessible by unplugging refrigerator Door had wood……
