"Good gate for a night before/after a flight"
A family of 5, 2 rooms, we used the hotel for our last night before a flight. It was 1 minute from the highway and 25 min from the airport with a car. No morning traffic at 7 AM (August). This hotel includes a strange mix: It has all regular hotel facilities, furniture etc. and a welcoming staff 24H. Yet, it is kept in some twilight zone - we received a very reasonable and clean hotel room but the room had a feeble plastic toilet seat that one can probably buy in a 1$ shop and sand toilet paper unfit for humans (bring your own). One of the two elevators did not work. Breakfast and breakfast room were not great but it was there. The room suited large groups with huge tables and no privacy - it was crowded by the groups that were in the hotel. Coffee was from a machine - the worst we had in Italy. Seems like the hotel is kept at rock bottom costs although it is a full size hotel - apart from us there were 2 groups from the far east and no other families or couples that we could spot. Overall, since we paid relatively little at high season, and since the hotel was 25 min from the airport, we did not expect much - so we were pleased.

"Quiet, comfortable, and serene. "
This hotel is quiet, small, and very comfortable. For me, it was a perfect contrast to my busy, noisy life. I really appreciated the tranquility, more so after a day of exploring Rome. The hotel staff are very helpful with advice and information which made the stay more pleasant. The continental breakfast was substantial with a good range of fruits, breads, meat, cheese, yogurt, juices and coffee. While it's a bit off the beaten track, what it lacks for in location, it makes up for in ambience.

"Nice hotel, not really close to anything though. "
It is a really nice experience, this hotel. It can feel a bit remote, since it's like half an hour away from anywhere, except a small supermarket and an even smaller pizza place (amazing). Be careful of the road. Otherwise, the hotel is perfect.

"Hotel was great, quiet and secure"
We first found it hard to find the hotel, but when we did we was surprised . two story apartment, with kitchen and lounge. If you have no transport it could be difficult, but if you have a car or motorbike, the parking is very secure and the gates are locked. About 3 alms from the train station and town. Really good for the budget traveller

"Great overall little village."
This hotel has positives and negatives. Firstly the room we booked was a twin basic room, and basic means basic. It did however have air-conditioning, a shower and a fridge that was it. However it was a good place to come back to after the hustle and bustle of being in Rome all day. It was peaceful at night and the on site facilities were good. we used the washing machine and the little mini mart. I would recommend seeing the lady at the info point before you set off into Rome on your first day, she was really helpful and ensured we knew how to get back. She also told us about the Romapass which saved us a lot of money going into sites and on our transport. The hotel its self is a 20 minute bus or train ride from the center of the city, the station is right round the corner and there is a supermarket across the road. We would definitely stay here again, however we would not choose the twin room again.

"Hotel is far from Rome train station."
We stayed in the Hotel for two days, Hotel manager and one male reception staff very good and helpful, lady in the reception was had a very bad attitude, break fast usual type in time, restaurant staffs good and helpful, this hotel could be ideal if you travel by your own transport, as it takes an Hour to go to Rome city centre, and most of them dont speak English that makes life more complicated.

"Affordable, great view, just a bed"
would rate hotel a little higher but the toilet ran most of the time, the resteraunt was closed the entire time which was one of main reasons we selected the hotel, & the two twin beds pushed together with very flat mattress that kept separating all night sucked. Staff did not speak English but they tried their very best which was nice but very frustrating. Please remember to bring outlet converters/adapters. The posted reviews were very helpful. The views are stunning, the rooms clean, but really you get a bed & a washroom, nothing else. There is not even a phone in the room & if you are use to washcloths, bring your own because they do not have any. There is a small 13in TV but there is only Italian channels. They will tell you that there is English ones but MTV only has English sometimes. Breakfast was toast (the size of crackers) tea & coffee. No drinking water-if you dontt want club/seltzer water remember to say flat/still water. Best feature is that the bus is literally right outside hotel & runs until 11 on most nights. There is nothing, I mean nothing to do locally so be prepared to use the bus often. Even the resteraunts that were close had sketchy hours and was hardly open. Load up on drinks and snacks at the grocery stores that the bus can take you to. Its the 32. We did finally catch the Le Isle resteraunt but they spoke no English and the menu was in Italian. Needless to say we ordered French Fries. lol. Oh and one day they do not serve meat so be sure to check.

"Bit of a party place"
This really is a village. Our little hut was very small, next to no walking room but the bed was comfy. WiFi is limited to certain areas. The showers were beyond wonderful and everything was pretty clean. The bar at the top of the hill is a great place to meet people from all over the world. Nice place and very cheap!
