"The stay was magnificent. It was my first time travelling for work, and I chose a hotel close to the office I would be working at. To say I made the correct choice is beyond an understatement. Not only was the kitchen a great feature to have, but the entire hotel room was comfortable. The bed would provide a great sleep. The options of both firm and soft pillows (I like both!) gave me exactly what I look for in a nights rest. But by far the greatest part of the stay was the staff. Whether it was when I forgot my key, and they were more than understanding and happy to make me a new one, or when I needed to book one more day, and because I had booked via another site, they had to run through a few hoops and didn't mind doing so, even ensuring I had the same room so it wouldn't be a hassle. The laundry room, which was free and didn't require me buying quarters, came in very handy before my flight. The hotel guests were friendly themselves which is a telling sign of the hotel. Overall, when I travel again, it will be with an IHG hotel. "

"Kid friendly for sure! The room and hotel is clean and comfy, no complaints! Chlorine smell a bit strong in pool area but it didn’t bother me. We missed breakfast so not sure about that but everything else was great!"
