“The condo was located close to the beach and activities in the area. Check in and details for condo were clear. Place was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Access to the pool and pickleball court were also a nice features. The grocery store was right across the main road which was nice to pickup needed items. The beach vibe was family friendly and not overly crowded. The weather was nice and the water was not too rough. While we were at the beach, there were multiple……

“It was really nice. Wonderful place , very quiet , very convenient, very well furnished The washer and dryer was a life saver. In saying that everything stayed wet, not damp, wet. “Property was great for our little family. Not oceanfront but not a far walk. Liked the pool access and access to other things. The gate key stopped working and we had to go back twice to get a different one(not anyone’s fault but mechanics). The beach was perfect and we actually got to sea turtles hatch! AMAZING! Close to some good restaurants. Even though we had people above us we didn’t hear them-must be insulated well! Loved having a small enclosed porch. Definately would go back. ”

“We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. ”

“Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.”

“This condo had everything we could have wanted. The kids had their own bathroom, and the whole place was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, with all of the appliances in good working order. The kids loved being able to switch back-and-forth between the beach and the pool. The beach was literally just down a flight of stairs at the end of the walkway. We could hardly ask for a better home base for our vacation. Highly recommended!”
